Please read our covid procedures, these safety measures must be strictly adhered to
Due to the ongoing pandemic we are offering at home euthanasia services on a limited basis.
If you are experiencing clinical signs of covid, have been diagnosed or are in quarantine please contact us so that we may direct you to alternative services.
We require any person taking part in the process to wear a mask, even children. We also require masks be worn during the entire time our doctors are at your home.
Our doctors practice social distancing to the best of our ability. We ask for appointments to be moved outside to your pets favorite spot in the yard or a porch, so that our doctors are in areas less frequented by your family. We understand this may not be the most comfortable location but our ultimate goal is to keep everyone as safe as possible. Our doctor will ask for your family to step away at least 6 feet, when they administer the first sedative injection. Then the doctor will back away and allow your family to spend time with your pet as he/she falls into a deep sleep. Once asleep, the doctor will ask all family members to step back while the euthanasia medication is given. Once your pet has passed, the doctor will again step away, leaving you time with your pet to say your final goodbyes.
